CryoGenesis UK Company Profile

There are many industries which require reliable cleaning methods for potentially sensitive parts and equipment. While the use of traditional solvents still exists, Cryogenesis specialises in accomplishing this task through the use of dry ice. In terms of reliability and levels of cleanliness, this method has proven to be advantageous over what can only be called more traditional techniques.

Cryogenesis was founded in 1991 and in 1994 became established as a limited company. The company quickly gained a reputation for offering superior levels of customer service alongside bespoke cleaning methods which have since redefined the way in which many tasks are addressed. Added to these benefits is an ability to provide either in-house or offsite cleaning solutions; ideal options for those enterprises on a limited budget or time frame. A highly effective technique, dry ice cleaning has been shown to save downtime whilst ensuring a cleaner product is the end result.

Services Offered

Alongside dry ice cleaning, Cryogenesis offers a number of other services to the customer. For example, reliable equipment can either be rented or sold, including the likes of blasting systems, airline hoses, extensions and fittings that may be required as replacements.

In-House and Onsite Cleaning

As mentioned previously, in-house and onsite cleaning is offered, and will be carried out by professionals who hold a vast amount of knowledge regarding the equipment used and the very best techniques available. In reference to onsite methods, the client can expect to enjoy the benefits of a portable cleaning booth as well as an extraction system, with the level and type of cleaning based around the needs of the customer.

In-house services will include an inspection of all equipment, identification and stripping of the units themselves and thorough cleaning. Once this is completed, the customer will be contacted to determine when the best time to pick up the equipment will be. All products will then be wrapped in protective packaging to protect against any damage during the transportation process.

Operator Training

As Cryogenesis also supplies equipment for rental and purchase, a comprehensive operator training programme is also available. Topics will cover (but are certainly not limited to):

  • The basic operation of dry ice guns
  • Proper attire
  • Emergency protocols
  • Cleanliness and proper maintenance
  • Instructional training videos.

This training can either take place at the customer’s setting or at the operations centre in West Essex.

Refurbishing and Repairs

All equipment needs to be regularly maintained, and this should occur at least once every year. This available service can again take place at the business premises of the customer or at the headquarters in West Essex. As Cryogenesis boasts more than 20 years’ experience in the dry ice cleaning industry, all of these services are provided by trained professionals who hold the necessary qualifications and accreditations. It should also be noted that all of the equipment supplied by Cryogenesis comes with a 12 month warranty, including parts and labour which are covered from the date of installation.

Should you require only the most experienced and effective cleaning services, don’t hesitate to contact Cryogenesis. This can be achieved by visiting the West Essex office, calling a qualified representative or by filling out a quick online enquiry form.
