Door Bolts
The huge range of door bolts covers every application and includes:
- Barrel bolts and flush bolts in several sizes and finishes to suit all environments. The flush bolts come in aluminium, brass, polished chrome, satin stainless steel and satin nickel plated. Barrel bolts are further available in satin chrome, bronze, pewter patina, black antique and beeswax.
- Gate and garage bolts in various styles including bow handle, pad bolts and monkey tail. Receiver plates for the bolts include robust sockets for concreting into floors and an easy clean socket.

Door Handles and Knobs
Every conceivable style and shape of door handle is available from many well-known brands and Cookson’s own lines. The range includes:
- Anvil collection: Traditional and cottage-style door furniture in beeswax, black antique, bronze and pewter patina finishes. Including thumb latches, Tudor and Gothic levers, pull handles, monkey tail levers, mortice knobs, cupboard knobs and door knockers. Hinges and window casement fasteners are also available in this collection.
- Arrone door handles and accessories: Lever handles and escutcheons in polished stainless steel, satin stainless steel and aluminium. Handle styles include mitre, T-bar, curved and wave. Bathroom fittings include thumbturns with indicator.
- Carlisle: Dozens of high quality brass door handles and accessories, including Designer range levers on backplates. Finishes include polished brass, polished chrome, satin chrome, Florentine bronze and black nickel.
- Cookson: Cookson Hardware's own lines of door handles and accessories are available in satin stainless steel and aluminium and polished stainless steel. They include latch handles and lock handles, pull handles and cupboard handles. There is a contract range.
- Fortessa: This brand offers something a little different, with rose copper and satin gold handles in its Contempo range.

Locks and Latches
A huge range of locks and latches is available for internal and external doors, backed by the British Standard Kite Mark. There is a wide choice of sashlocks and mortice locks in three lever and five lever versions, with finishes including brass and satin. The bathroom and toilet fittings come in contract quality and architectural quality and include lines for disabled facilities. Digital pushbutton locks include ranges suitable for heavy commercial use. Euro profile locks include half cylinders, cylinders with keys both sides and cylinders with thumbturn. Other security products include key boxes and padlocks.
Hinges
Cookson hardware has a hinge for all sizes of doors and cabinets. They include:
- Butt hinges: Plain, ball bearing or washered, in satin and polished stainless steel, polished chrome and polished brass, self coloured steel, zinc plated and cast iron.
- Cabinet hinges: A choice of products in sprung concealed style, cranked, easy fit and flush.
- Rising hinges and spring hinges: Rising hinges in finishes including zinc plated or electro brass; single or double action spring hinges in several sizes and fire door hinges tested for 30 or 60 minutes.
Other hinges include T-hinges, counter top hinges and parliament hinges.
Window Fittings
Window products include casement window fasteners and stays; fanlight window fittings, window locks and espagnolette handles. The ranges cover styles suitable for modern and traditional settings, with finishes including white, black antique, beeswax and bronze.
