Based in Lancaster, Cabuchon Bathforms was established in 1991 and is a division of the parent company Design & Form. Cabuchon designs and manufactures custom made and bespoke designed baths and hydrotherapy systems for private individuals and companies.

Products
The team of highly skilled designers can provide customers with a bath to exact specification. Whatever the size, shape, colour or finish, Cabuchon designers will first define function then add the style and form. The baths are manufactured using a composite material; Ficore or Vitrite. These composites are lightweight, chip resistant, heat retaining, easy to repair, resistant to most chemicals and have a 25 year guarantee. There are four main bath design style options, all of which can be tailored or designed from scratch to personal requirements, these include:
Free Standing Baths
Free standing bath designs include the Artesia, the Elysia, the Osbourne and the Talisien doubled ended baths. Features in these free standing baths include sculptured sides, a choice of rims, curved back and headrests for additional comfort. The award winning Pleasance and the Pleasance Plus are a modern bath based on the traditional slipper bath, incorporating a seat, curved back and distinctive squared rim edges.
Inset - Drop In Undermount Baths
Inset baths can be fitted into a variety of options such as an island, a corner bath at an angle, set against a wall or into a recess. The inset baths are often used with marble, stone, tile or composite surfaces to create a luxurious look and feel. All the inset bath styles excluding the Elysia have flat tops.
Japanese Style Deep Soaking Baths
Based on the traditional Ofuro Japanese soaking tubs, the six bathtubs in this category are a stylish and functional option where space is restricted. The baths are deep allowing the user to be submerged to the upper chest in water but are shorter in length and width, using less space and water.
Panelled Baths
Panelled baths are available with one, two, three or four sided options, in modern and traditional styles. There are single and double ended options, most panels can be supplied longer, shorter, shorter or taller than standard. Designs include the Hadrian, Affinity, Berkeley Club, Regency and Savoy.
All baths are finished in a high gloss finish, but can be supplied in a matt finish or primed for an individual creative finish such as faux marble or rag rolling.
Hydrotherapy Systems
A hydrotherapy system is the ultimate luxury product offering relaxation and health benefits. The systems are designed to suit individual requirements; the jets are small, elegant and inconspicuous and yet deliver more power than conventional whirlpools. The hydrotherapy systems are powered by a pump that gives out a very discreet hum.
