Bespoke Building Generator
The Bespoke Building Generator gives clients the opportunity to design their own building on-line, through the company website. The system allows the client to select the height, span, width, length and pitch of the building and incorporate required features such as bays, doors, fire doors, roller doors, rooflights, gable ends and paint finishes. This innovative design technology will only allow valid measurements, so mistakes cannot happen. The client can adjust individual bay sizes or have them all uniform and brick block layers and cladding can be added externally to give the building added interest. Once completed, the building's technical drawings and structural calculations can be viewed and adjusted before being forwarded to Bespoke Steel Buildings for a competitive quotation.
For special building requirements not incorporated into the building generator, the Bespoke Steel Buildings team can prepare a quotation to meet individual specification requirements. Typical cold rolled frames are capable of spanning 20 metres and up to 7 meters in eaves height, generally bay sizes are to be no larger than 6 metres. For all enquiries over and above these parameters, a hot rolled frame is supplied with a choice of cladding options.
Steel Building Features
Every steel building incorporates a range of professional and high quality features which are compliant with a range of BS standards including frames designed to Eurocode 3 BS EN 1993-1-3:2006, imposed loads for snow and wind BS EN 1991-1-3:2003 and BS EN 1991-1-4:2005 and high tensile galvanised steel section frames BS EN 10147 Fe E390G. Other main features include:
- High tensile nut and bolt connections
- High tensile galvanised steel purlins and rails with bolted channel or 'Z' connections
- Hot rolled steel baseplates
- Columns are fixed to foundations or slabs with expanding anchors, there are no HD bolts to cast in the foundations or slabs
- 0.7mm Plastisol coated roof sheets to EN 10143:2006 standards
