Besblock Limited is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of aggregate building blocks. Established in 1972 we have retained our independence as a private family operation. As such we remain totally flexible to our client’s requirements and strive to exceed their expectations in both the expertise and quality of our service and products. Our product ranges cover all aspects of the construction industry from the humble foundation block to glittering Architectural Facing Masonry to be found embellishing the facades and interiors of many of the UK’s most important buildings. Examples of this range are also to be seen in Europe.
For the volume house builder we offer a "one stop shop". Our Technical Services Department are licensed On Construction Domestic Energy Assessors (OCDEA) and as such are authorised to produce all of the documentation relating to the Carbon Emission of new dwellings from the SAP worksheet right through to the final Energy Performance Certificate as required by Approved Document L1A 2006. As part of this service we have our own on site Air Leakage testing division. Our technical team will advise you from the outset on the most economical methods of meeting the requirements of the Building Regulations for both energy and sound performance.
Our comprehensive range of Technical Services is now available in a fast and easy on line system called "Regs. Direct". All aspects of the potential "mine field" of documentation required by Approved Document L1A 2006 are handled swiftly and efficiently by a fully automated service from start to finish.

You will be able to visit our web site and monitor the progress of your job. As your documentation becomes available you will be advised by e-mail to enter the site and collect.

So named because of its truly universal application within the construction of all types of domestic housing.
