Aqua Dynamics offers a bespoke subcontracting waterjet cutting service which offers clients the ability to supply both materials and cutting design files in order to complete the required work. Based in St Albans, Hertfordshire and within easy reach of the London area, the company specialises in waterjet cutting and precision waterjet profiling in Southern England and the Home Counties.

Design Services:
Where required, Aqua Dynamics can provide all CAD/CAM requirements from an initial sketch or drawing through to design and manufacture. The company can also work from supplied files in DXF, PDF, DWG and IGS formats and Catia for 3D files can also be converted.
Materials:
Materials, which can be cut using the waterjet process include: fabric, foam, plastics, rubber, wood, GRP, carbon fibre composites, copper, brass, aluminium, steel, stainless steel, titanium, ceramics, stone, tungsten, marble, granite and glass.
Material Supply Service:
The company can supply and process any materials required, but for cost effective pricing and product quality control, clients generally supply the product. Materials which are more commonly used can also be sourced locally, reducing transportation costs.
Machine Capacity:
Cutting requirements do vary and in general fit the maximum work area of the machine which is 1.2 x 2.4 metres. However it is possible, depending on the material and specification, to cut materials measuring over 6 metres long. Maximum thickness is 150mm
Stacking:
To help keep the process of cutting cost effective Aqua Dynamics is able to stack and cut materials at the same time. The majority of materials are suitable for this technique but there are some exceptions where the cutting must be done on individual sheets.
