Apeer Doors are high quality, composite doorsets which, since their launch in 2003, have become widely regarded as the most advanced door entrance system on the market.
Capitalising on the family-owned company’s comprehensive in-house manufacturing capability, including its own glass studio, Apeer has just launched the contemporary new MODO collection, featuring all the security, durability and energy efficiency associated with Apeer 70 Doors.
Having its own manufacturing facility allows Apeer to be one of the most flexible and innovative brands in the business and the new range is being made to the same high spec as all Apeer 70 doors. They come with a 10-year structural guarantee and full choice of standard, premium, heritage and bespoke colours.
As start-to-finish manufacturers, Apeer Doors has long offered a huge choice of colour options. In addition to its 10-colour standard palette and four-colour Premium range, the company can customise to any BS or RAL colour for an additional charge. Customers are also able to choose non- standard colours on one or both sides of the door.
Stainless steel glazing trims give the new MODO collection a truly contemporary edge and further enhance the already formidable levels of security of Apeer 70 doors. Other features of the MODO collection include:
- Toughened, 60mm thick warm edge, triple glazed units as standard
- Double rebate system with inner fibreglass frame
- Kitemark cylinder, multi-point locking system and steel dog bolts
- Timber effect fibreglass door leaf for hassle-free maintenance
- All designs are available in extra wide 1100mm size.
The understated and sleek designs of the doors themselves are enhanced by a choice of modern glass artwork with the fused tiles, bevels and sandblasted glass designs all created by hand at Apeer's in-house glass studio. A further benefit is that all Apeer entrance system glass now carries the BSI Kitemark.
In addition to producing a wide range of entrance systems, stable doors and French doors, Apeer has the capability and experience to create bespoke doors for unique projects.
The company’s leading edge, screen-based software system - Door Builder – has also proved an invaluable sales tool for working with end users to design and cost Apeer door entrance systems.
With a reputation for ongoing innovation, Apeer set new standards in construction in 2011 when it produced the first ever all-glass reinforced plastic (GRP) composite doorset with an all-GRP inner sash, replacing the UPVC sash with fibre glass. Apeer 70 doors were also among the first to be officially recognised as ‘Energy A Rated’.
