FastClad
FastClad is a proven pre-fabricated brick slip cladding system, enabling internal and external masonry to be assembled with speed and efficiency without the need for specialist tradesmen.
This revolutionary cladding system comprises single runs of pre-bonded masonry panels which slot together and screw-fixed to timber battens or galvanised steel framework. Due to the pre-bonded slips, on-site labour costs are greatly reduced.
Used as an alternative to GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete), FastClad provides a decorative cladding for internal and external walls up to 30 metres in height. Produced with a variety of surface finishes including brickwork, stone, marble, ceramics and terrazzo, FastClad is very adaptable. It can be matched exactly to existing masonry using the same fascia material even the same type of mortar.
FastArch
FastArch is premium lightweight non-structural arch system. Made to the highest standards to meet our stringent quality control procedures, FastArch has a number of key features:

The FastArch lightweight lintel is manufactured exclusively for ACS by Milton Precast and is far superior to other lightweight lintels on the market. The FastArch lintel is constructed of a concrete exterior with an ultra lightweight core; it is fully sealed and unlike the competition will not delaminate. We do not use polyurethane lintels.
StackFast
These unique lightweight chimney systems are offered as part of a comprehensive GRP size range or as a bespoke design to suit the customers’ needs. All StackFast chimney systems are finished in genuine brick-slip to ensure that the product weathers at the same rate as the main brick structure.
To complete an authentic product, optional code 4 lead flashing can be applied prior to delivery by our professional lead craftsmen. Also the option to vent class 2 gas appliances through the stack can be incorporated. The finished chimney stack is simply lifted into position with a forklift or light crane and secured in place using the StackFast Fixing System. All chimneys are supplied with comprehensive fitting instructions and full installation kit.

We have a regular testing programme which provides the highest standards of quality control and each one of bespoke specials comes with this piece of mind. Our cutting unit has developed an unrivalled service over recent years, providing specially cut and fabricated masonry nationwide.
Our cutting services are carried out in class-leading workshops in a clean, dust-free environment. We also have a wide variety of cutting machines enabling us to offer fast turn round times and competitive pricing. Our machinery range includes a one of a kind brick-slip cutter enabling ACS to produce high volume brick slip cutting at ultra affordable rates. ACS is the preferred arch cutter of Keystone Lintels.
