Products

Whether for retail, commercial and public developments, industrial or residential properties ACO have a solution to meet any specific building requirements. Manufactured from high performance materials, ACO’s extensive portfolio of drainage systems provides a safe and hygienic solution and includes:

Sewer backflow protection valves

Developed to provide unrivalled protection for both private and commercial properties that are vulnerable to flooding, ACO’s QUATRIX®, JUNIOR® and TRIPLEX® valves halt flooding caused by sewer backflows. These sewer backflow protection devices are ideal for both grey and black water applications and offer extremely reliable operation with a long service life, as well as being simple to install and maintain using standard diameter pipes.

Designed, manufactured and tested in accordance to BS EN 13564, the high performance backflow valves incorporate two closure devices, ensuring that backflow is prevented. They also feature a secondary flap with manual override that allows the pipe system to be shut off during re-furbishment activities to prevent adours entering the building.

Stainless steel gully drainage

ACO’s gully systems are ideal for a wide range of applications and, when combined with other products, provide an off the shelf solution for virtually any requirement. Manufactured in high grade 304 or 316 stainless steel, these high performance products feature corrosion free joints, a smooth bowl shaped structure and a foul air trap. This product family includes:

  • Micro Floor Gully - for washrooms, toilet areas and plant rooms
  • EG 150 Eurogully range - for pedestrian areas, light industrial use, shower rooms and washdown areas
  • Telescopic Eurogullies - for channel systems, decks and suspended floors
  • Fixed Height Eurogullies - for chemical plants, food processing areas and industrial units

As well as the standard range, bespoke designs can be manufactured with additional features such as tundishes, extra inlets, additional bodies or spigots and non-standard outlet sizes.

Modular drainage channels

Designed to cut both build time and costs, ACO’s Modular 125 drainage system is available with a wide choice of standard modules, enabling quick and simple installation in all applications where high standards of hygiene or resistance to aggressive liquids and solvents is required. The drainage system is manufactured from austenitic 304 grade stainless steel, fully pickle passivated to ensure a tough, long lasting corrosion resistant finish and is the only system of its type to be fully independently tested and approved to BS EN 1433, the standard for linear drainage channels for collecting and removing surface water in areas with pedestrian or vehicular traffic.

Wetroom drainage solutions

ACO Building Drainage has introduced a wide range of sophisticated, barrier free wetroom drainage for domestic, hotel, commercial and leisure applications where style, function and performance are pre-requisites.

Level entry wetroom showers are easier, safer and more comfortable than standard shower tray designs. They are also much easier to maintain. ACO Wetroom drainage solutions are fully flexible in regards to the floor structures - concrete or wooden and to the type of floor - ceramic or natural stone floor finishes or flexible sheet flooring. The range of products include:

  • ACO Shower Gully - compact and attractive stainless steel point gullies for a wide range of applications where flow capacity is a key factor.
  • ACO Shower Channel - austenitic stainless steel linear drainage channels with clean lines that characterise today's trends in bathroom design.
  • ACO Lightline - an illumination kit for ACO Shower Channels and stainless steel designer gratings.
  • ACO Easyflow bathroom gullies - the modular construction of ACO Easyflow gullies provides fully flexible drainage solutions to modern bathroom design. Tough, corrosion-resistant polypropylene construction for reliable, long life and a wide selection of high quality electro-polished stainless steel designer gratings.

Grease separators

Developed specifically to help the restaurant, hotel and catering industry tackle the problem of a build up of fats, oils and greases within the drainage system, ACO’s ECO-FPI, ECO-JET and LIPUMAX series allow fats, oils and greases to be separated from wastewater, and then passed safely to waste, in a way that is safe to both users and the environment. These reliable, high performance grease separators are easy to use and suit the needs of virtually any application, regardless of space as they are available as free standing units or below ground installation models for use outside buildings.

Stainless steel pipes

ACO’s stainless steel waste pipe systems have been designed to reduce the times and costs associated with installation and maintenance in both above and below ground drainage installations. The ACO PIPE® systems provide a superior yet cost competitive alternative to traditional cast iron or PVC-u pipe solutions and are ideal for use in a wide range of applications from food processing factories and kitchens, through industrial buildings, to laboratories and chemical processing plants. Available in standard sizes and including push-on fittings, the pipes are chemically picked and passivated for superior durability, weather protection and corrosion resistance, to extend long term reliability still further.

In addition, ACO’s products make an important contribution to environmental protection and the creation and maintenance of infrastructures, as well as ensuring the safety of industrial, commercial and transport activities. Along with their pure functionality, the company’s products are also aesthetically pleasing and can be designed to complement any environment.
