A3 Events is a unique provider of furniture hire, ground protection panels and a national broker for marquee hire and events consultancy.
Established with over 10 years of experience within the Event Hire and Marquee industries, A3 events was set up in 2007 to offer customers with clarity, quality and excellent service to ensure their events run smoothly.
In addition to the advice and experience offered, A3 Events have their own ground protection system, marquee weights and furniture hire operation to offer specific requirements to our customers.
Ground Protection
A3 Events’ own temporary roadway system is lightweight and portable. Each panel is 3m x 1m and weighing only 50 kg each, can be deployed easily by 2 people.
Our ground protection panels are suitable for 90% of vehicles but can also be used for pedestrian access.
There is no minimum hire period or quantity and no residual value to the panels which eliminates any theft from site worries.
Furniture Hire
A3 Furniture provides quality of service and product nationwide. Tables and chairs, china and cutlery, bar and office equipment all available to hire at competitive rates. Our interactive brochure provides an easy search portal for all your requirements and if you can’t find what you are looking for let us know.
Our new “Light Bar” is proving a welcome addition to the range with LED light changing colours or Mirrored fronts available.
We have over 20,000 chairs in various types to suit any event plus the ancillary equipment you will require.
Marquee Weights
We have in stock over 100 IBC water containers for use as ballast or weights for any application.
